SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC Review, 5/5 Stars

SkinCeuticals is a magazine favourite for anti-aging, so I was over the moon when I was given the chance to try it out for myself and bring my readers a full, honest review. For the next few weeks, I'll be using SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC and can't wait to see the full results.

If you haven't heard of SkinCeuticals you 1) probably haven't read a magazine in forever and 2) can get some background by reading on.

SkinCeuticals C E FERULIC is an antioxidant combination that works to neutralize free radicals that cause signs of aging, like wrinkles and fine lines. It also increases skin's firmness and replenishes skin's lipids - working to fill and smooth wrinkles.

To use it, you should cleanse your skin as you normally would. After applying toner, grab the C E FERULIC and apply 4-5 drops on your dry face, neck and chest area. Although the serum might feel like it's drying, it actually continues working for at least 72 hours after application.

I'd recommend using the product once a day and in the morning. It's a great option for sun damaged skin, dry or sensitive skin, skin with poor elasticity, Erythema, hyperpigmentation or those preparing (30 days before) or recovering from (7-10 days after) non-invasive procedures*.

Now, I know the price on the product could be seen as steep ($153/30mL) but you've also got to keep in mind how long it will last you. If you're using 4-5 drops a day, that's a pretty long time considering the size of the bottle. Since a little goes such a long, long way I don't personally find the price outrageous - especially considering it works.

I'm three days into trying the product and have loved what I've been seeing so far. My skin feels moisturized like never before, my makeup applies like a dream, and my fine lines (I like to pretend they don't exist...) are looking amazing. Plus, my complexion looks glowing overall. I'm loving it!

I think I need to pay more attention to what I read in magazines….. I need to start trying some products to help my foundation look natural instead of like…. foundation. *note: my biggest makeup pet peeve is when I can SEE someone’s foundation*

Ahh I hate when I can spot foundation. Sometimes it doesn’t apply right on me and I have to wash it off and start from scratch – I can’t stand it if it’s not perfect lol. I’m finding using proper moisturizing products is helping a ton though. 🙂 xo
